The St. Michael  

The St Michael is a purpose built angling/diving boat.  The boat is fitted with a dive platform, stern door, and dive ladder.   Built in 1999, the St. Michael is fitted with the latest marine electronic and safety equipment as required by the Department of Marine, and is licensed and insured to carry twelve anglers.  

The boat is equipped with an extensive range of satellite, fish finding and navigation equipment.

On board there are toilet facilities.Tea and coffee are available.The skipper holds a commercial skippers ticket, and is an experienced angler.

The Skipper                                                                       

Angus Ritchie moved to Ireland from Scotland in 1999. In Scotland he worked as a Retained fire-fighter, he was also a crew member with the local lifeboat, and he also worked as a commercial skipper.  Angus holds a commercial skippers ticket for vessels up to 24 metres in length and 80 tonnes. He also has his radio operators licence, RYA level two powerboat, and advanced first aid. He took his passion for fishing from Scotland to Ireland, and is happy to pass on his many years of angling experience to his clients.
